He is well connected and knows how to develop strong, long-term relationships. He works with clients directly to understand their unique business situations and is involved in all aspects of the business.

Shari Stancer
Shari began her career in human resources and pursued employment initially in the area of training and career counseling. Since the early 1990s, Shari has concentrated on fashion recruitment. She provides excellent service to our clients who appreciate her integrity and attention to detail. Shari has also built a strong rapport with many candidates that she has worked with during her career. |

Rhonda Lewis
Since 1994, Rhonda has worked in a variety of roles in different industries, each of which had a recruiting and training component to them. In 1998 Rhonda completed an MBA in Marketing with a minor in HR and in 2005, she joined our team, bringing her experience to our clients. She has a strong retail background and delivers results for our clients. |

Rob Muroff
Rob joined Colintex in 2002 providing technical support behind the scenes as a consultant. He is responsible for maintaining our database and for solving any and all technical issues. With his abilities, our team is able to utilize several recruiting techniques to deliver results for our clients. |

Natalie Naccarato
Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning degree from Ryerson University before deciding to switch gears and study Fashion Management at George Brown College. She has experience working in wholesale, retail, and office environments. Natalie enjoys connecting with people and is pleased she can be of service to clients and candidates alike in her recruiting role. Natalie is also thrilled to connect online and relishes her part-time role as Social Media Coordinator. |
