Tricia graduated from the International Academy of Design before spending time on both the wholesale and retail side of the apparel industry. More recently, Tricia has worked in Human Resources for a major retailer and brings solid and structured recruiting skills. Tricia's training helps her when working with clients in analyzing their current recruiting requirements.
